Fort Point left breaks adjacent to the Golden Gate
bridge.
Whenever I think of San Francisco I can't help but recall the old Rice-a-Roni jingle from the 80s, but as we know SF has a lot more to offer than brown rice from Uncle Ben.
Beneath the legendary Golden Gate bridge is a pot of gold known as Fort Point, a super fun left point that locals dominate and sharks feed near.
This video makes me want to go surf the wave (I'm goofy), despite it looking a little mush-burger on the inside from this particular swell. The takeoff looks really fun however, and if I bet if I had a nice rice shaped pod, I could probably make turns all the way in...now that would be a treat!
