Arbor Snowboards is proud to welcome Ian Sams to their national snowboard team. "I've been watching Ian over the last couple years and I've been amazed with the consistency of his style. He makes some of the most difficult tricks look simple and solid," says Arbor team director, Brad Farmer. "He's a staple in Bear Mountain's Sunday In The Park videos and their movies and he's on the come up. I couldn't me more amped to welcome Ian to the Arbor family."

"Arbor and I have a lot in common...we both love the greens," says Sams. "They're commitment to the environment and my commitment to hitting pipes, ripping bowls and preventing forest fires go together like Funions and the munchies. This season, I plan to hold it down at Bear Mountain filming for the Sunday's and to head out on some urban missions around the country. I'm looking forward to riding at home and road tripping. Either way, I'll be stacking in footy. Oh, for sure!"

Last weekend Spyder and Mammoth teamed up to host a rail jam in Hermosa Beach, CA. Thousands rolled through on a beautiful summer-like weekend. Check out this video and also view the full photo gallery taken by Bo Briges! All in all it was a killer event and the next best thing to being in the mountains.

The Dew Tour is about to kick off this weekend in Breckenridge, CO. For the fist time, Breck will host a 22-foot superpipe, up from the 18-foot level, having moved it further up the slope, parallel with the slopestyle course with an enhanced pitch. That change also forced some changes in the slopestyle design, requiring the course to wind around the repositioned pipe, which makes it more interesting. That and the inclusion of some new rail features should make this year's stop of the Dew Tour in Breck the best yet!
